Jedno od va\u017enih pravila sauniranja je da se ne pretjeruje ni u \u010demu. Boravkom u sauni raste i temperatura tijela koja mo\u017ee dovesti i do pregrijanosti testisa koje pak utje\u010de na smanjenje broja spermatozoida. Prema istra\u017eivanjima broj spermatozoida pada unutar tjedan dana od boravka u sauni, a za vra\u0107anje u normalu potrebno je \u010dak pet tjedana.<\/li><li>UNUTAR SAUNA \/ WELLNESS CENTARA zbog vlage postoji i rizik od ve\u0107e izlo\u017eenosti \u0161tetnim organizmima poput bakterija i plijesni. Stoga je glavna preventivna mjera da se pripazi na osobnu higijenu i ne dolazi u kontakt s povr\u0161inama saune, ve\u0107 uvijek koristiti ru\u010dnik i primjerenu obu\u0107u.<\/li><li>DEHIDRACIJA koja mo\u017ee biti uzrokovana predugim boravkom u sauni uzrokuje pad tlaka, a nerijetko dovodi i do nesvjestice. Ukoliko osjetite slabost unutar saune obavezno odmah iza\u0111ite van i popijte ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu svje\u017ee hladne vode kako biste sprije\u010dili ne\u017eeljene posljedice. Stoga je najbolje se dr\u017eati preporu\u010denog boravka unutar saune od maksimalno 15 minuta po ulasku.<\/li><li>KARDIOVASKULARNE BOLESTI \u2013 kori\u0161tenje saune nije preporu\u010dljivo osobama sa slabim srcem, visokim tlakom i drugim kardiovaskularnim bolestima. Prije kori\u0161tenja iste najbolje je posavjetovati se s lije\u010dnikom. Naime visoka temperatura unutar saune \u0161iri krvne \u017eile te tako pospje\u0161uje ubrzanje dotoka krvi u ko\u017eu \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do nedostatka krvi u unutarnjim organima \u0161to za osobe s kardiovaskularnim problemima mo\u017ee biti pogubno.<\/li><\/ul><p>Unato\u010d malom broju nepo\u017eeljnih posljedica boravka u sauni koje su velikom ve\u0107inom vezane za nepridr\u017eavanje preporuka lista blagodati zdravstvenih povoljnosti boravka u sauni je puno ve\u0107a.
